Personal data is information that can identify an individual directly or indirectly. We only process it where the law permits us to do so or where valid consent has been given.
This website is delivered through Vercel. To provide and secure the service, data such as IP address, time of access, requested page, referrer, browser and device details, response status and technical diagnostic information may be processed.
This processing supports delivery, stability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries and identifies mechanisms including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you apply, we process the information you provide to assess a possible collaboration, contact you and manage the application internally. Applying is non-binding and does not create a contract.
We do not request identity documents, payment details, health data or mandatory information about sexual preferences through the public form. Applications are never published.
Applications and any future collaboration are strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. Applications from anyone under 18 are blocked and are not retained as an application.
A secure identity and age check takes place only before a possible contract is signed. Please do not send identity documents unsolicited by email or through the public form.
We use Supabase for the database, backend and integration with our internal Sales Manager CRM. The production application database is primarily hosted in an EU region. Support, operations and subprocessors may still involve processing outside the EU; the Data Processing Addendum provides safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Applications can only be created through a protected server endpoint. Public visitors cannot read, list or alter them. Internal access is restricted by role and agency.
If you contact us by email, we process the sender address, content, time and necessary communication metadata. If we communicate through WhatsApp, Instagram or another messenger, the relevant provider will also process the data required for that communication.
Please do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through messaging services.
Only essential functions are active on your first visit. The website and application form continue to work if you decline analytics and marketing.
Your choice is stored locally with its version and time. Optional technologies are loaded only after active consent and can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings.
To attribute an application, we may process UTM parameters, referrer, landing page and technical campaign identifiers. First-touch details are not replaced on every page view.
Meta click identifiers and similar marketing data are used for advertising measurement only where marketing consent has been given.
The Meta Pixel and optional Meta Conversions API are disabled by default. They are used only where the integration is configured and active marketing consent has been given.
Possible events include PageView, ViewContent and Lead after a valid application has been submitted. Pixel and server events use one shared event ID to prevent double counting.
Date of birth, exact age, personal goals, free-text answers, application details, internal notes and identity documents are not sent as Meta event parameters.
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose, including authorised CRM users and hosting, database, communication or advertising providers.
We disclose data only where necessary and legally permitted. We do not sell application data.
The controller is established in the United States. Vercel, Supabase, Meta and communication providers may also process data in the United States, Singapore or other countries.
Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, valid EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.
We retain personal data only for as long as the relevant purpose or a legal obligation requires.
Safeguards include encrypted transmission, server-side validation, rate limiting, abuse prevention, restrictive access controls, Row Level Security and agency-level separation. Privileged database credentials are never sent to the browser.
No electronic processing system can be guaranteed to be completely secure despite appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.
You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity before acting on a request.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly in the country where you normally live or work, or where you believe an infringement took place.
A decision about collaboration is not made solely by automated means where it would have legal or similarly significant effects. Technical checks only block invalid or incomplete submissions.
We update this policy when our practices, service providers or the law change. Privacy enquiries may be sent to the email address listed above.
